    Sandy, you amaze me
probably not your major aim in life but whenever I’m stressed I read your blog and look at how you approach life and all it’s shit and it’s amazingly helpful.
Hope you come back to london soon so I can buy you a drink and maybe some fizzy cola bottles.

    Hello Sandy

My name is Lucas from California. I read somewhere that your shop used to sell vintage BOY LONDON? I’ve been looking all over for a BOY t-shirt (black or white, with or without the eagle) and was wondering if you could help me out? I PROMISE TO SEND YOU HEALING CRYSTALS, ACID, AND BODY GLITTER IN RETURN!

    Email me! LSDMETAL@GMAIL.COM

    Sandy,

I wanted to send you a private email, but can’t seem to find any options to do so on your blog…so please forgive my public ode to you.

I’m not sure if you remember me, we met formally back in the summer of 09 outside the shop you worked at off brick lane. We both used to drink in the Mixer and knew a lot of the same people so we bumped into each other all the time. I was the girlfriend of a junkie we both tried to help when it came to battling his addiction and overcoming his demons…’the irish’.

I would firstly like to apologise for any hostility I may have shown towards you during an awkward and troubled period of my life. Reading your blog I now know you too were having a rough time back then, so I am sorry if the friendship I had with him at any point upset you. It was a complete disaster in the end, he was beyond help. He hurt us both. But I learnt a lot about myself from that relationship, about self worth and came out of it a stronger and wiser woman.

I stumbled upon your blog by pure chance and have been completely fascinated by your writing and photos depicting your life…I’ve been reading it all day! You’ve been on an incredible journey and you are truly inspiring. From our fleeting passings in Camden I always recognised something in you that I liked. You always seemed to be having the best time, making the most of every night…drinking, laughing, exuding confidence even if underneath it all you were lost and distressed. I can very much relate, that’s how I lived my life for years.

I wish the circumstances in which we met had been different, as maybe we would’ve become friends. But even if you never read this or never respond, I hope you marvel at far you’ve come and achieved at a young age, and I wish you every happiness and success on all your future travels and adventures.

    Yasmine x
